Really eye-catching! Good idea for home interior walls decor such as living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, guest room, office and others.

WHY BUY THIS? Because this famous Willie Mays photo in the 1954 World Series simply called The Catch belongs somewhere in your Man Cave. It’s the Say Hey Kid. A Hall of Fame centerfielder who primarily played his career for the New York/San Francisco Giants. Yes, he did play for the Mets at the End of his Career, which including playing in a World Series in 1973 against the A’s. And his final hit of his career was in Game 2. Willie Mays hit 660 home runs during his illustrious career. But back to this famous Willie Mays photo in the 1954 World Series simply called The Catch. It occurred in the 8th inning of Game 1 at the Polo Grounds against the Indians. Vic Wertz hit the ball. But you probably knew that.

The Say Hey Kid caught the ball estimated about 425 feet from home plate. Today it would’ve been a home run in most modern ballparks. For the record, Minute Maid field, where the Astros play, is 435 feet to the centerfield fence. Anyway, apparently Willie Mays sprinted an estimated 150 feet to make The Catch. Amazing. You can also take a look at this classic video of The Catch.

And if you’re looking to add legends to your Man Cave, then you can also take a look at the Pele Wall Canvas. Or this vintage black and white Babe Ruth Canvas Wall Art. Otherwise, how about this photo of the Say Hey Kid making a leaping catch.
